Thursday's Workout-Yoga
Well, I just got back from yoga and I feel great! My legs are like jelly because we did a lot of leg stretches so ug. It was fantastic!
Some fun poses we did include, but are not limited to,
pigeon
downward dog
plank
half moon
warrior I, II, & III
As always, I almost fell asleep in the final corpse pose. It's my favorite!!!
I'm going to sleep well tonight!
Tuesday's Workout
I forced myself to workout tonight. Izzy helped and any time that I write 22 lbs, I was holding or lifting her. I'm already sore.
3 One minute planks
3 sets of 30 crossovers (22 lbs)
3 sets of 15 bicep curls (3 lb dumbells)
3 sets of 15 shoulder presses (3 lb dumbells)
3 sets of 15 squats (22 lbs)
30 walking lunges
3 sets of 15 lunges on the right (6 lbs)
3 sets of 15 lunges on the left (6 lbs)
3 sets of 15 push ups on the counter
Sore. So tired. Going to bed...
What should I add? I need to do some cardio, but I couldn't get my butt to the gym. :treadmill:
Monday's Workout
3 sets of 30 crossovers
3 one minute planks with 30 seconds rest in between
3 sets of 10 push ups
30 seconds of scissor kicks
3 sets of 15 squats
2 sets of 30 squats on a step (15 on each side)
3 sets of 20 lunges (10 on each side) with 6 lb dumbells
stretching...
